New Nail Polish Spam! Part 1

Hey guys, so if you've seen my last few hauls on You tube then you would have seen that I have been buying a lot of nail polish since around April time.

So today I'm bringing you the first instalment, enjoy!

* Photos taken in natural daylight with flash to ensure correct colour since the natural light washes out the colours - No base coat - No top coat*

Essie - Shake Your $$ Maker - Neon 2013 Collection

Shake Your $$ Maker by Essie Neon 2013 Collection, is a bright emerald green colour. The formula is very sheer, this was 4 coats and you can still clearly see the nail line (perhaps use a white base). The polish dries to a leather effect, almost like a rubbery texture whilst still remaining glossy.

Essie - Boom Boom Room - Neon 2013 Collection

Boom Boom Room by Essie Neon 2013 Collection, is a neon candy pink colour. The formula was good, slightly streaky. This was 3 coats. Unlike Shake Your $$ Maker, this particular colour from the same collection dries to a glossy finish, not a leather one.

Essie DJ Play That Song - Neon 2013 Collection

DJ Play That Song by Essie Neon 2013 Collection, is a bright warm purple colour. The formula was great, very smooth. This was 3 coats. The polish dries to a leather effect, almost like a rubbery texture whilst still remaining glossy.

essence colour & go - 146 that's what i mint

that's what i mint! (146) by essence, is a pastel mint/baby blue with fine silver/blue shimmers. The formula was great, very smooth and creamy, super glossy. This was 3 coats. Although you can see the shimmers slightly in the picture above, they are actually not noticeable to the naked eye which is a shame, however this polish still makes me droooooooool.

From Watsons - S$2.90

essence colour & go - 140 go bold!

go bold! (140) by essence, is a gold base with super fine gold glitter with a foil finish. The formula was smooth and easy to apply, especially since it is a glitter polish. This was 2 coats. This would be a perfect polish for Christmas, New Year or any type of event, it's seriously a beautiful polish on the nails.

essence colour & go - 106 free hugs

free hugs by essence, is a blue based candy pink with a creme finish. The formula was a little thick, and as it was drying it started to bubble as you can see above. (Just apply your fav top coat and it should counteract the bubbles). This was 3 coats and it makes me feel like Nicki Minaj :P

From Watsons - S$2.90

essence colour & go - 147 miss universe

miss universe (147) by essence, is a dark blue packed with blue and green fine glitter with a shimmer finish. The formula was great, very easy application. This was 3 coats. I <3 this! It reminds me of an old FaceShop polish that I finished up.

That's it for part 1, part 2 will be up sometime soon!
